Katakara.com.ng is a site where you can transact with our investors (Sellers) around Nigeria.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: You are fully responsible for every transaction you make with the investors on the site at katakara.com.ng.

General Return Guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Products can be returned if they are defective, damaged, or not as described by the Seller.
   • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.

2. Return Process:

   • Contact the Seller directly to initiate a return.
   • Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.
   • Follow the Seller’s instructions for returning the item.

3. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, the Seller will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Exchanges:

   • If you need to exchange an item, contact the Seller directly to discuss the options available.

5. Shipping:

   • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, may not be eligible for returns. Check the product listing for any specific return exclusions.
