Hon. Taiwo Olukemi Oluga was born on 20th June, 1975 at Oremeta Compound in Oke Offa Street, Gbongan, State of Osun. She started her elementary education at St. Lukes, Gbongan and completed it at AUD Akinfenwa, Iwo, State of Osun in the year 1982. She finished her primary school education in the year 1987 and proceeded to Baptist High School, Iwo where she obtained her Secondary School Certificate in the year 1993.
She proceeded to The Federal Polytechnic, Ede, State of Osun, where she was awarded her first Tertiary Certificate (National Diploma) in Business Administration and Management in the year 1997. After her industrial training, she resumed at Federal Polytechnic, Ede to pursue her Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management, and graduated in the year 2001.
Acquiring knowledge never stops, this challenged her to continue her education at the Tower College of Technology in the United Kingdom (Distance Learning) where she obtained a certificate in Education in 2008. Immediately after graduation, she proceeded to Ladoke Akintola University (LAUTECH), to obtain her PGD in Management Studies. In the year 2011, she enrolled for MBA in Human Resources and graduated in the year 2013. As this was on, she had earlier gained adminssion for Masters programme at Ladoke Akintola University and graduated with Masters of Science in social work in the year 2014.
Her industrial attachment was done at Governor's Office in Political and Security Department in the year (1997-1998). Her National Youth Service was done at the State Primary Education Board in the year 2001 to 2002. She was appointed as a part time trainer in Center for Entreprenuership Development in Federal Polytechnic, Ede between 2011 and 2013.
Honourable Taiwo Oluga was part of the National Delegate of APC in 2014; she was also made the coordinator for APC Female Aspirants in the State of Osun. In year 2015, she aspired for the position of State House of Assembly Member; she was the Vice Chairman of Progressive Solidarity FOrum and a member of Federal Constituency Committee, Ayedaade Local Government
Honourable Oluga was part of the Rural Development Board Members, Ministry of Water Resources, Rural Development and Community Affairs, State of Osun between 2013 and 2014. She was appointed as board member State of Osun Library in 2014 and was also appointed as a Special Adviser to the GOvernor, State of Osun on Culture and Tourism between 2017 and 2018, a position she held until she was elected as the Honourable representing Ayedaade/Irewole/Isokan Federal Constituency.
